NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members of the Institute of Directors of Zambia (IoDZ) that the 24th Elective Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute will be held as follows:
Date: 17th April, 2026
Time: 09:00 Hours
Venue: Radisson Blu Hotel, Livingstone
Members who are unable to attend physically will be provided with a virtual platform link to enable their participation online.
The Agenda for the meeting is attached for your reference and guidance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Voting during the AGM will be conducted electronically.
2. Proxy voting will not be permitted.
3. Only fully paid-up members shall be eligible to attend the AGM and participate in the voting process.
Members are encouraged to confirm their attendance and ensure their membership status is up to date to fully participate in this important governance event.
