In a forward-thinking partnership, Eagles Women Empowerment, known as When Females Lead (WFL), and the Institute of Directors Zambia (IoDZ) have inked a Memorandum of Agreement, uniting their efforts to empower female professionals for leadership roles on corporate boards.

Shared Vision and Goal: WFL, a non-profit organization in Zambia, and IoDZ, committed to corporate governance excellence, share a common goal of advancing women in leadership. Their collaborative efforts aim to train a cohort of 25 female professionals for board appointments, fostering inclusivity and building a culture of continuous guidance in corporate governance.

Responsibilities: WFL will be responsible for talent sourcing, managing social media engagement, and sponsoring events. On the other hand, IoDZ will provide facilitators, certify participants, and recommend trained females for board opportunities.

This partnership signifies a significant stride towards gender-inclusive board leadership in Zambia, showcasing a joint commitment to diversity and the empowerment of women for crucial leadership roles.
